American Academy Larnaca Summer School

🙌This week, we hosted speech therapist Mr. Christos Pilakoutas at our summer school. He is the creator and mastermind behind the Vocabulary BINGO game. Under Mr. Pilakoutas’ guidance, our students had fun playing the game, which is available in a monolingual version in Greek and a trilingual version in Greek, English, and Russian.
☀️Αυτή τη βδομάδα φιλοξενήσαμε στο θερινό μας σχολείο τον λογοθεραπευτή κύριο Χρίστο Πηλακούτα, ο οποίος είναι ο εμπνευστής και δημιουργός του παιχνιδιού BINGO Λεξιλογίου. Υπό τις οδηγίες του κυρίου Πηλακούτα, οι μαθητές μας διασκέδασαν παίζοντας το παιχνίδι το οποίο υπάρχει σε επιλογή μονόγλωσσο στα ελληνικά και τρίγλωσσο σε ελληνικά, αγγλικά και ρωσικά.

🙌A big thank you to Youth Makerspace Larnaka for joining our Summer School! Our students were excited with the STEAM workshops full of creativity, innovation and collaboration! Through hands-on educational activities focused on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics), participants enhanced their tech skills and 21st century competencies in a fun and inspiring environment!

Primary and Pre-Primary Education Teachers,
to work in the AA Summer School for the summer 2025, starting on the 23rd June 2025 until the 8th August 2025.
The working/contact hours are from 7:30-14:30 for 5 days per week (Monday – Friday).
