But there is another "version" of this expression:
🔹В каждой шутке есть доля шутки.🔹
which means in every joke there is always some joke, a bit of joke, and much more truth. So let's say in one joke there is 10% joke and 90% truth.
No, Russian people surely have a great sense of humour😁 But be careful to joke too much about somebody😅
