Lumio opened its doors for the very first time in September 2024 for grades 1 to 9 and will rollout into grades 10, 11 & 12. Our stunning 6,8 hectares site in Acheleia, near Paphos will continue to undergo renovations featuring modern classrooms, well-equipped science and IT labs, with dedicated spaces for the arts, sports, and an array of extracurricular activities - ready for the 2025/26 academic school year. Our licence was approved by the Cyprus Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth in September 2024 and we can be found on the ministry's website. We have assembled an international team of experienced educators who share our vision for a engaging and supportive learning environment. Our curriculum provides a comprehensive and balanced education, integrating traditional subjects with innovative programmes to develop critical thinking, creativity, and global awareness. We aim to provide a bespoke International Curriculum for Grades 1-10, underpinned by the Cambridge curriculum. Lumio is also a Candidate School* for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP), reflecting our commitment to delivering a high-quality, globally recognised education.
