Incorporated Associations at risk of being deregistered by Consumer Protection WA for failing to provide Annual Information Statements (AIS) required under law.

Please review the list (available on this link: https://www.consumerprotection.wa.gov.au/publications/list-overdue-annual-information-statement-ais) to see if your group / club is overdue on its reporting.

If so, you need to submit your outstanding AIS immediately, to avoid having your registration revoked.

List of overdue Annual Information Statement (AIS) - Consumer Protection - LGIRS If your association is on the list of overdue AIS, you need to lodge an Annual Information Statement (AIS). Instructions on how to submit the AIS can be found on the Associations information statement page.
