Caregivers are so often focused on everyone else. This afternoon was simply about them. 💜

Together with Stichting Alzheimer Curaçao, Love Remembers brought caregivers and caretakers together for an afternoon of activities, laughter, and a welcome break from their daily responsibilities.

We shared stories, joined in the fun, and enjoyed being present with one another. A warm reminder that supporting caregivers can also look like giving them the time to relax, reconnect, and enjoy themselves. ✨

Puerto Rico welcomed me with so much warmth, and this visit to Discover Puerto Rico made that feeling even stronger. 🇵🇷🤍

I’m grateful for the conversation with CEO Jorge Pérez and the team, for sharing more about the island, its people, and the pride behind everything they do.

This trip gave me beautiful memories, meaningful connections, and an even deeper love for our Caribbean spirit. Now it’s about carrying that sabor caribeño with us and bringing it to the Universe. ✨

One month ago today, I was crowned Miss Universe Curaçao 2026, and I knew I wanted this crown to carry something deeply personal. 👑💜

Love Remembers was born from my own experience caring for my mother through Alzheimer’s, and from understanding how much caregivers carry, often quietly and without enough support.

Today, visiting OPAPA in Puerto Rico marked a beautiful milestone for the project. Their upcoming collaboration with Fundashon Alzheimer Curaçao creates a meaningful connection between two islands, with a shared goal of strengthening the support around caregivers and the families walking this journey with them. 🇨🇼🤝🇵🇷

This is what I hope Love Remembers continues to become: a support system built on understanding, connection, and real community. 🌎💜

I am deeply grateful to OPAPA, Fundashon Alzheimer Curaçao, the Miss Universe Curaçao Organization, and Puerto Rico for helping this purpose grow into something tangible.

This is only the beginning. ✨
