Mending Maofeng is a Chinese green tea with a lineage stretching back over a thousand years. Cultivated on the mist-shrouded slopes of Mount Mending in Sichuan Province this exceptional brew carries the calm energy of its high-altitude home.
The name "Feather Peak" refers to the delicate, silvery down coating the slender, hand-plucked spring leaves.

When steeped gently in water just below the boil, it reveals a pale, jade-green liquor with an exquisitely balanced flavour profile. Expect a crisp, natural sweetness layered with notes of fresh spring grass and a subtle, lingering chestnut finish.
Because the mountain's constant mist naturally shields the plants from harsh sunlight, the tea develops a rich sweetness with almost no astringency.
