Ç school of Art and Design is a space of creativity where young artists are being educated in the basic skills of art and design.
From very young, our intention is to form their vocabulary and expertise so they can explore their creativity with a solid foundation.
Each semester we focus on one element or principle of art. Semester 2016 we are focusing on lines.
Based on each age group, we will present the young artist with the different types of lines and how they can implement it in their paintings and designs.
For 7 weeks, the artist will explore lines from an art perspective and the other 7 weeks from a design perspective.
We will alternate the classes from art to design every week. At the end of the semester, we will have an exhibition with the pieces that were created during the semester.

Classes will be conducted like in art school. With presentations and critiques to develop confidence, the ability to express ideas and the ability to listen and choose how to implement or not.
For the older groups, there probably will be homework. Nothing excessive…we are aware of the busy schedules of kids today. The homework is for the young artists to train their eyes to see and recognize what was covered in class.

We can finally announce it. WE ARE READY TO START!!!!!. March 2nd, C school of Art and Design is open. If you have young artists in your house that want to further explore their creativity and sharpen their skills...maybe you should give us a try. 14 weeks of art AND design classes by professionals in the field.

During the 14 weeks the young artists will work on several projects from an arts and also a design perspective. Each age group, at their level, will explore colors, texture, concept, design, ....and at the end of the term, we will have an exhibition.

Each group we will keep to a maximum of 15 students. If you are interested, sign up now!
