EduDesign Caribbean is opgericht door twee oud-medewerkers van het opgeheven KBB Curacao. Om de expertise die KBB had niet verloren te laten gaan hebben Hayo en Sugeidy het initiatief genomen om een aantal producten en diensten te blijven aanbieden in een eigen, nieuwe onderneming. EduDesign Caribbean richt zich met name op het ontwikkelen van onderwijs en lesmateriaal, het ontwikkelen en aanbiede

n van EVC trajecten, kwalificatieontwikkeling voor het beroepsonderwijs en verschillende branches, examenontwikkeling, ondersteuning van examenorganisaties binnen scholen, branchecertificering en onderwijskundige trainingen aan professionals in het beroepsonderwijs.
