How you treat yourself is the instruction manual you hand to the world.

I used to treat guests like Kings and myself like an afterthought.
I told myself I was being “efficient.” Actually, I was just being neglectful.

Here is the rule:
If you feed yourself garbage, don’t be surprised when the world treats you the same way.
We are rebuilding the vessel. 200g of protein. No shortcuts.
Eat like you matter.

Rage is a wildfire. Boundaries are a controlled burn.

Yes, sometimes you have to burn the bridge.
But there’s a difference between doing it to punish them (Ego) and doing it to protect yourself (Peace).

One destroys you. The other protects your land.

Never apologize for this truth:
“People who thrived on your silence will always resent your voice.”

REFORGED / EP2: Scorched Earth Mode

Ever get so angry you don’t just want to win—you want to burn the whole bridge?

Scorched Earth Mode is when your nervous system destroys everything before they can abandon you, reject you, or prove you were never enough.

One message left on read? You’re ready to burn the chat.

One misunderstanding? You’re ready to disappear.

You go from victim to the easiest person to blame.

I’ve burned bridges I can’t rebuild. But here’s what I’m practicing now:

The Reforged Delay:
1. Name it out loud
2. Get out of the arena
3. Burn it on paper, not in real life

This stops me from turning every wound into a war.

REFORGED / EP1: Conditional Worth

You can get a standing ovation and still feel like a failure… because the one person you were doing it for isn’t even in the room.

I was 10 when my father stomped on my foot for failing a math problem. I’m 37. My ankle still hurts.

The blueprint I was given:
- Love is conditional
- Feelings are dangerous
- Your value = your performance

So I performed. I left home. I moved countries. I built the “perfect life” on paper.

And inside, I was still that kid waiting for someone to say, “I’m proud of you.”

This destroys relationships. You can’t tell your partner how you feel because you learned feelings get you punished.

This is REFORGED. I’m unlearning the performance. Reparenting myself. Documenting the work, one tool at a time.

To every man stuck in that validation trap: I see you.

High-functioning, but exhausted.
Providers, but not present.
Successful, but not safe.

It’s time to stop performing. It’s time to start healing.
