Directing the world's attention could be the best way to describe the impact of AI to citizens at this moment. We live in a world in which algorithms recommend content individually to everyone, create echo chambers and polarize our societies. Do they make democracy suffer? What does it mean living in a society dominated by tech companies? Can we resist them by making social media a public resource? Or should we do that? Do you support the current shift towards a collective-centric world? Is it going to be a dystopian future as we know from conspiracy theories? Are Cameras all-around, social scoring, obligatory vaccination going to pressure individuals for the sake of the collective and, why do you think that might be good for humanity? Or rather, will it be good? Will AI be independent from its creators, and what would such a situation mean for global societies?

With the rapid development of AI Technology, we can hear more often terms such as Bias in decision making, AI Fairness, Ethical Design, and similar coins that basically represent one big topic that intertwines between different sciences which we call - Ethical AI. In one sentence Ethical AI comprises a set of values, principles, and techniques which employ widely accepted standards of right and wrong to guide moral conduct in the development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence technologies. Answer to many hypothetical questions, but also the questions that have been raised on practical examples have a need to involve Business Leaders, Human Rights experts, Socio-economical experts, as well as AI Experts.
In this panel discussion, we are going to raise a lot of questions - with a lot of practical examples, and hopefully, we will provide directions on what we should do and where we would like to be in near future - so we may ensure that AI is used responsibly and in accordance to ethical standards, both in private, public and research sector.

ABSTRACT
Art and culture have been affected and transformed by digital technologies along with all the other aspects of modern life. This transformation has brought both opportunities and challenges for arts and culture. Through the process of digitalization, art and cultural institutions are making access to their collections and archives available to audiences worldwide. How do digital technologies enhance capacity building, accessibility, and audience engagement? What are the recommendations, regulations, and successful models of art and cultural heritage digitalization? Apart from discussing the digital transformation of traditional institutions, we will look into new models of production, presentation, and dissemination of art enabled by digital technologies – from the new media art and its various genres defined by the technological medium, through the expansion of gallery and museum practices into virtual spaces, to the creation of alternative, critical or even subversive spaces of thinking, dwelling, and engaging with arts and culture.

ABSTRACT
Brands are increasingly devoting their marketing budgets to influencer marketing, with the industry valued at $8 billion in 2019 and expected to grow up to $15 billion by 2022. Social media are the media and the voice of influencers. To date most influencer research has focused on Instagram, however, there are a varied and growing number of platforms that warrant examination, including TikTok. But, there is value in looking back at what could be considered the use of more traditional platforms - blogs, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
How do influencers affect society? How is the influencer different from a Brand ambassador? Why are influencers so effective with Gen Z and Millennials? How are influencers affecting the Tech industry? What is the role of Social media Influencers in the lives of children and adolescents? How do influencers affect our buying decisions? How is Social media being impacted by Influencers? Are Influencers becoming global leaders? How influencers became the Modern Entroponour? Is the influence era coming to an end soon? Will the influencer lifestyle survive the COVID-19 pandemic?
