🔥 What do participants say about the Congress?
📊 Every year after the Congress, we send an anonymous evaluation to participants — not just to “collect feedback,” but to clearly understand what made the biggest impact and where there is room for further improvement. This is how we continuously improve the Congress and grow together with our participants.
👥 Participants’ comments shape the next Congress — from organization and content to the details that make a difference in the overall experience.
⚖️ The goal is not to repeat the same — but to raise the level of quality every year.
Thank you to everyone who has placed their trust in us again this year. ❤️

🎤 Day 1: Participant Registration
📍 This is where it all began — with participant registration and the first step into the atmosphere of the Congress.
📝 Participants collected their badges, got familiar with the agenda, and took their first steps into everything that awaited them in the days ahead.
👥 From the very beginning, the first connections were already forming — brief conversations, introductions, and exchanges of experience among participants from different fields.
💬 Registration was not just a technical step — but the moment when the Congress truly began through the people who make it.
🎯 Because every serious event starts right here —
with the first meeting and the first impression.

🎤 Day 1: Welcome cocktail
📍 The evening before the official start of the Congress was reserved for the first gathering of participants — in a relaxed setting, without a formal program, but with a clear purpose.
🥂 The welcome cocktail was an opportunity for participants to meet, exchange first impressions, and start conversations that would continue throughout the following days of the Congress.
👥 Participants from different fields — directors of companies and institutions, representatives of legal departments of large companies, lawyers, as well as IT and AI experts — came together in one place, where communication was direct and natural, without time pressure or the structure of formal sessions.
💬 It is in this part of the program that first connections are formed, topics are opened, and shared interests are recognized — later developing further through lectures and discussions.
✨ This was not just an introduction — but the beginning of relationships and conversations that add real value to the entire Congress.
🎯 Because what starts here — continues throughout all the days that follow.

🎤 Day 2: Lectures
📍 The second day of the Congress began with lectures that opened key questions about the application of artificial intelligence within the legal framework — with a focus on real challenges already present in practice.
🧠 Lecture: Polona Pičman Štefančič
AI Act and implementation at the level of Member States
The lecture provided clear insight into how the AI Act is applied across Member States — where differences arise, how alignment with existing legal systems works, and what this means in practice for institutions.
📊 Lecture: Denis Tul
Intellectual property law and AI: copyrights, AI-generated content, ownership of data models
This lecture addressed issues that already have direct implications in practice — who holds rights over AI-generated content, how data and models are protected, and where the boundaries of intellectual property lie in the context of artificial intelligence.
👥 The focus of the lectures was on real situations and dilemmas lawyers face — with clear guidance on how to approach them in practice.
🎯 Because understanding these topics is no longer optional —
it is essential for working in a modern legal environment.

🎤 Second day: panel discussions
📍 The second day of the Congress was reserved for conversations that go beyond theory — addressing questions that institutions and legal practice must already deal with.
⚖️ Panel discussion: AI Act and data protection
Participants: Isabelle Vereecken — Head of the Secretariat of the European Data Protection Board
Marko Stefančić — Director of the Slovenian National Competence Center for Artificial Intelligence
🧠 The focus of the discussion was on the intersection of two key areas — the implementation of the AI Act and the existing data protection framework, with a clear question: how to align regulatory requirements with real-world application in practice.
📊 Panel discussion: artificial intelligence – what lies ahead?
Participants: Milan Marinović — Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Republic of Serbia
Nakil Fetai — Director of the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia
⚠️ This discussion focused on what is coming next — how the development of artificial intelligence will impact the legal framework, responsibility, and the day-to-day work of institutions, but also where legal professionals must take action already today.
👥 Different perspectives, practical experience, and direct exchange of views — without staying at a general level, but with a focus on concrete issues and real challenges.
🎯 Because the legal framework for artificial intelligence is not built in theory — but through conversations like these.

🎤 Day 2: Excursion — Exploring Bled
📍 After an intensive working day, the second day of the Congress brought a moment to pause — but not a pause from meaningful experience.
🌄 The visit to Bled gave participants the opportunity to explore one of the most beautiful places in Slovenia — a blend of nature, history, and an atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression.
🚶♂️ A walk around the lake, views of the island and castle, and conversations continuing beyond the conference room — without formality, in a completely different setting.
👥 It is in moments like these that the most natural connections are formed — exchanges of experience and ideas that don’t happen during lectures.
✨ Because a Congress is not just about knowledge — but about the experience built through every part of the program.
🎯 And Bled was a part of that experience that isn’t skipped — but remembered.

🎤 Day two: Round table — the future of the legal profession
📍 The second day of the Congress was marked by a format that goes beyond traditional lectures — an open discussion through a round table.
⚖️ Round table: The future of the legal profession
Moderators: Jovan Vlaški, expert in the field of personal data protection, and Jelena Milivojević, Ombudsman of the City of Kragujevac
🧠 Through carefully structured open questions, the moderators guided the discussion — leaving space for participants to actively engage, share their perspectives, and exchange practical experiences.
💬 This format brought forward diverse opinions, real dilemmas, and insights that do not come from theory, but from real-life practice.
🎯 Because the future of the legal profession is not predefined —
it is built through conversations like these.

🚨 The third day was dedicated to topics that directly impact the way we work, responsibility, and decision-making.
📍 The lectures focused on what is already happening in practice — and on what is coming faster than most expect. Not theory that stays in the room, but topics with a direct impact on the work of lawyers, companies, and institutions.

🎤 A closing ceremony to remember: Concert by Haris Džinović
📍 The final evening doesn’t end the congress — it completes it in a way that stays with you.
🎶 After intense days filled with knowledge, analysis, and meaningful encounters, comes the moment when everything transforms into emotion, energy, and connection.
✨ On stage — Haris Džinović.
In front of it — people who have shared an experience that goes beyond a traditional congress.
👥 Conversations continue, but in a different rhythm. Connections grow stronger, and the atmosphere takes on a dimension no panel can offer.
🎯 Because the ending says the most.
And this one — stays with you.
