🧠 Our next Psychology in English event is fast approaching! It will take place at 6pm on Friday May 22nd.

Expect a mixture of deep conversation, thoughtful activities and fun games – together with one of the friendliest communities in Novi Sad. Participants frequently tell us that they love getting to know the other people and hearing their perspectives.

A few inspiring days at the American Corner Coordinator Training, this year hosted by the American Corner Novi Sad!

From exchanging ideas and strategies on how to improve our work and strengthen our communities, to endless laughs, great conversations, and unforgettable hangouts - this training reminded us how valuable collaboration truly is. 💙

Are you a literature lover, a fiction fanatic, a rapacious reader? A bedazzled bookworm, a devotee of dialogue, a sucker for savvily spun stories?... Perhaps you just miss discussing newfound and novel narratives? 📚

Well if any of these sound like you and you would like to share your reading passion or are just a more casual reader and would like to get together with other readers for an in-depth exploration of contemporary American writing...then the new book club How America Reads Now – A Book Club in Comparative and Modern American Literature starting May 21st at American Corner might be just what you're looking for!

Join Andrew Wiesike, Prof. of English Language and Literature in the English Department at the Faculty of Lazar Vrkatic, for a series of engaging, in-depth, and lively discussions on some of the most celebrated works in contemporary American Literature.

The specific material will be provided in advance of each session and the first informational session will be held on May 21 at 19:00. The book club will then be held weekly for discussions in English on selected literature from 18:00-20:00 at the Novi Sad American Corner.

Each week participants will meet to celebrate and explore an outstanding selection of literature from adept American authors of short stories and novels. Participants should have a fairly advanced knowledge of English and students and young professionals are particularly welcome!

📅 Pridružite nam se u četvrtak, 14. maja u 16.00h na još jednoj projekciji i predavanju u okviru ciklusa Svet Digitalne Umetnosti. Ovog p**a moderator će govoriti o video festivalu "Videoforme 2026", održanog u Francuskoj.

👉 Međunarodni video festival „Videoforme“ u Klermonferanu, Francuska, doživeo je u martu svoje četrdeset prvo izdanje. Prateće izložbe, performansi, instalacije i diskusione tribine daju ovom umetničkom događaju poseban značaj na polju doprinosa i vrednovanja digitalne umetnosti i kulture na međunarodnom planu. Naša publika imaće priliku da vidi neke od najboljih video radova sa ovogodišnjeg festivala „Videoforme“.
