Greek stuffed zucchini blossoms with lots of herbs, juicy veggies, and rice are one of the absolute favorite summer foods.
The blossoms are the edible flower of the squash/zucchini plant. Their color is bright yellow with green and white striations. They can be eaten raw in a salad or cooked. The blossoms need to be gently washed with cold water before any consumption. They have a delicate squash flavor and a velvet-like texture.

Nauka još uvek nije objasnila misteriozni fenomen koji se događa svakog 15. avgusta u seoskoj crkvi na Kefaloniji, međutim, to nije sprečilo maštovite lokalce da iskonstruišu brojne legende o tome zbog čega dolaze zmije.

Grčki kompozitor Vangelis Papathanassiou preminuo je 17.05.2022 u Francuskoj u 79 godini života.
Njegova 50 godina duga karijera obeležila je svetsku filmsku muziku, dok je kao osnivač grupe Aphrodite's Child sa Demisom Rusosom, stvorio izvanredan pionirski opus na polju elektonike. Večeras vam poklanjam numeru iz filma Vatrene kočije. Hvala mu od ❤ na sjajnim muzikama!
