Pronađite najbolje vreme za rad - Da li ste jutarnja osoba? Noćna sova? Možda je neposredno nakon ručka vaš najproduktivniji period dana. Pronađite vreme u danu u kojem ste najbolji i strukturirajte svoj život oko te činjenice. Nema smisla pretvarati se da ste ranoranioc ako u svojoj duši žudite za snom.
Dnevni planovi – kreiranje dnevnih planova svakog jutra pomaže u otklanjanju ometajućih misli i stresa. Zabeležite dnevne obaveze, pokušavajući da predvidite koliko vremena će vam trebati da to postignete.
Aktivno radite na kratkoročnim i dugoročnim ciljevima - Zapamtite svoje dugoročne ciljeve i obratite pažnju kako se sitnice koje radite uklapaju u vaš veći plan za vas.
Stvorite rutinu, a zatim je prodrmajte - Monotonija može sama sebi da odvrati pažnju i zato pokušajte da isplanirate svoj dan radeći različite vrste aktivnosti.
Pravite zakazane pauze - Ukoliko redovno zakazujete pauze i potrudite se da se pridržavate tog rasporeda, moći ćete da budete produktivniji i opušteniji. Ako imate gomilu posla, radite 50 minuta, a zatim odvojite 10 minuta da učinite nešto opuštajuće. Find best time to work - Are you a morning person? Are you a night owl? Perhaps immediately after lunch is your most productive period of the day. Find a time in the day when you are the best and structure your life around that fact. There is no point in pretending to be an early riser if you crave sleep in your soul.
Daily plans – creating daily plans every morning helps to remove distracting thoughts and stress. Make a note of your daily commitments, trying to predict how long it will take you to accomplish this.
Work actively on short-term and long-term goals - Remember your long-term goals and pay attention to how the little things you do fit into your larger plan for you.
Create a routine, then shake it up - Monotony can distract you, so try to plan your day by doing different types of activities.
Make scheduled breaks - If you schedule breaks regularly and try to stick to that schedule, you will be able to be more productive and relaxed. If you have a lot of work to do, work for 50 minutes, and then take 10 minutes to do something relaxing. Get up from your desk, take a walk, do whatever it takes to take the break you need, and then get back to work.

Pravite beleške dok radite - Jedan od najefikasnijih načina na koji se možete aktivno koncentrisati na ono što radite jeste ručno zapisivanje stvari koje vas primoravaju da se i fizički uključite u ono što radite i time održavate pažnju.
Skicirajte – Neke studije pokazuju da ako crtate, čak i samo crtice i kružiće dok pokušavate da obratite pažnju, da vam to može pomoći da angažujete svoj um i ostanete koncentrisani, održavajući svoj um aktivnim i učeći.
Govorite naglas dok radite - Slično crtanju i beleškama, glasno izgovaranje dok radite ili učite, dokazano aktivno pomaže da redukujete ono što ste prethodno pročitali.
Make notes while you work - One of the most effective ways you can actively concentrate on what you are doing is to manually write down things that force you to be physically involved in what you are doing and thus maintain attention.
Sketch – Some studies show that if you draw, even just dashes and circles as you try to pay attention, it can help you engage your mind and stay focused, keeping your mind active and learning.
Speak out loud while you work - Similar to sketching and notes, pronouncing aloud while working or studying has been proven to actively help reduce what you have previously read.
