Ciljevi i aktivnosti:

• Poboljšanje kvaliteta obrazovanja u formalnom i neformalnom obrazovanju, na svim nivoima obrazovanja;
• Poboljšanje pristupačnosti i pravičnosti obrazovanja, posebno za decu i mlade iz marginalizovanih grupa;
• Podrška za decu najranijeg uzrasta i njihove porodice;
• Podizanje nadležnosti stručnjaka, roditelja i aktivista udruženja;
• Doprinos demokratizaciji obrazovnih i društvenih procesa. Ciljevi "Asocijacije Pedagoških Asistenata Srbije " su:
• da osmisle i organizuju stručno usavršavanje pedagoških asistenata;
• razvoj profesionalnih sposobnosti svojih članova za postizanje kvalitetnog obrazovanja za svu decu i odrasle;
• razvoj i podsticanje stvaralaštva svojih članova koji svojim znanjem i akcijama, treba da doprinesu ukupnom razvoju obrazovanja u Srbiji;
• da učestvuje u inovacijama u obrazovnom procesu;
• da objavljivanjem, elektronskih i štampanih, širi progresivno pedagoške, tehničke i naučne ideje i promoviše pozitivna iskustva svojih članova;
• da organizuje edukaciju građana u različitim oblastima;
• da podstakne kreativne i konstruktivne kritike i rad u oblasti naučno-pedagoški i društveni razvoj;
• da proširi mrežu Udruženja, podstiče širenje članstva i promoviše rad Udruženja;
• da obezbedi profesionalnu reputaciju svojih članova;
• da podstakne i razvije etički kodeks poziva pedagoškog asistenta;
• da afirmiše poziv pedagoškog asistenta;
• da uspostavi i održava saradnju sa vladinim i nevladinim sektorom u zemlji i razvija međunarodne saradnje. Objectives and activities:

• Improving the quality of education in formal and non-formal education, at all levels of education;
• Improving accessibility and equity of education, especially for children and young people from marginalized groups;
• Support for children of early age and their families;
• Raising the competence of experts, parents, and activists of the association;
• Contribution to the democratization of educational and social processes. Objectives of “Association of Serbia pedagogical assistants” are:
• to design and organize professional training of pedagogical assistants;
• to develop the professional skills of its members for the achievement of quality education for all children and adults;
• to develop and encourage the creative work of its members who with their knowledge and actions, should contribute to the overall development of education in Serbia;
• to participate in innovating educational process;
• that by publishing, electronic and printed, spreads progressive pedagogical, technical and scientific ideas and promotes the positive experiences of its members;
• to organize the education of citizens in various fields;
• to foster creative and constructive criticism and work in the field of scientific-pedagogical and social development;
• to expand the network of the Association, encourages the expansion of membership and promote the work of the Association;
• to ensure the professional reputation of its members;
• to foster and develop ethical codex calls of pedagogical assistant;
• to affirm the call of pedagogical assistant;
• to establish and maintain cooperation with governmental and non-governmental sector in the country and develop international cooperation. Their goals, "Association of pedagogical assistants Serbia" is achieves:
• devising a program of professional development of pedagogical assistants;
• organizing and maintaining professional meetings (conferences, meetings, councils, festivals of pedagogical and children's creativity, conferences, symposiums, seminars, forums and other);
• influence on institutions that educate teaching staff that the process is in line with the needs of modern schools;
• cooperation with professional and scientific organizations and institutions of different profiles, particularly those dealing with education and professional development of teachers
• organizing and participating in work of professional bodies;
• organizing professional excursions and study tours in the country and abroad;
• updating the website of the Association, the publication of books, magazines and periodicals, (Proceedings of good practices, newsletters and reference books), in both electronic and hard copy;
• cooperation with the media;
• organizing courses, lectures, conferences in different areas, educating citizens and encouraging their need for networking and collaboration;
• encouraging members to actively participate in scientific research papers;
• organizing and implementing ongoing activities that motivate, enlighten and assist interested pedagogical assistants in local communities to help unite and work together;
• developing projects and raising funds for their implementation in the field of action of the Association;
