Submission of competition entries is now open. The deadline for submissions is March 15, 2026, at midnight.

After the expert jury has completed its evaluation, visitors to the festival website will be able to rate the photos in the PAF Tachov competition gallery. The most successful authors in the audience rating will also receive awards.

Dragi autori i draga publiko,

Teška srca vas obaveštavamo da se 29. Međunarodni festival podvodnog filma ove godine ipak neće održati.
Koliko god smo želeli da nastavimo tradiciju i ponovo se okupimo oko ljubavi prema podvodnom svetu i filmu, naišli smo na prepreke koje nismo mogli da prevaziđemo.

Zbog poništenih konkursa za podršku Grada Beograda i Ministarstva kulture i informisanja, ostali smo bez sredstava da Festival organizujemo onako kako zaslužujete — sa kvalitetom, toplinom i energijom na koju ste navikli svih ovih godina.

Ipak, verujemo da će se okolnosti popraviti.
Nadamo se da ćemo se već sledeće godine ponovo sresti, deliti priče, slike, inspiraciju i radost koju nam ovaj Festival svima donosi.

Hvala vam na razumevanju, strpljenju i svim divnim godinama koje ste proveli uz nas.

29th International Underwater Film Festival

Dear authors,

Unfortunately, we are compelled to inform you that the 29th International Underwater Film Festival will not be held this year.
Despite our great desire and readiness to continue this long-standing tradition, we have encountered circumstances beyond our control.
Specifically, the calls for financial support from the City of Belgrade and the Ministry of Culture and Information have been annulled, leaving us without the necessary funds to organize the Festival at the level of quality that has been its standard in previous years.
We sincerely hope that, under better circumstances next year, we will be able to continue our cooperation.
