What does it mean?

It means that we learn from them how to look at our surroundings; how to communicate with the surroundings and how to feel about the surroundings.

Furthermore, we learn how to see ourselves, how to communicate with ourselves (inner dialogues) and how to feel about who we are.

When we receive positive messages from significant others, empowerment, trust, autonomy, space to express our emotions… we create supporting beliefs, self-confidence and optimism. We are also emotionally intelligent.

Life is beautiful!❤️

When we are deprived of love, care, trust, understanding, empowerment, permission to express authentic emotions…, we create negative convictions, aperception, mistrust…
We are emotionally illiterate.

Life is dangerous!👀

Therefore, personal development, with the aim of raising self-awareness, self-acceptance, empowerment and emotional intelligence, is crucial and necessary for becoming yourself!!!
