Today’s agenda: run around outside, read a little, play cards, and become very competitive over who has the best hand 🌿

Year 2 had a wonderful time building their own city as we explored “Cities” in English! They added roads, traffic signs, bus and train stations, rivers, and even an oil spill to connect with their History learning about pollution.

🚦A fantastic project that showcased their creativity, teamwork, and imagination!

Statistics and Measurements with Year 1 — exploring numbers, comparing, measuring, and learning through fun experiments and hands-on activities!

As part of our Geography unit “Keeping in Touch,” students visited the post office near our school to learn how to send a letter. 📮
Through this real-life experience, they explored communication, community connections, and everyday life skills in a fun and meaningful way.

Looking at our students today, it’s hard to believe how much they have grown throughout this school year. Some have become more confident speaking English, others have learned to express their thoughts bravely, present in front of the class, collaborate as a team, build meaningful friendships, support one another, and feel comfortable being themselves.

These moments remind us of the kind of environment we strive to create every single day — warm, safe, modern, and deeply respectful of each child’s individuality.

For us, graduation albums are much more than just photographs. They capture emotions, milestones, childhood memories, friendships, beloved teachers, and all the important discoveries made along the way.

We are incredibly proud of every Young Sparrows student and deeply grateful to our families for trusting us to be part of this journey.

Our robotics class went a little wild today… 🦍
The students built and programmed their own gorillas, mixing creativity, teamwork, and lots of fun along the way. Safe to say the jungle of robotics is growing fast! ✨

Diving Into the World Beneath the Waves!

Year 2 learned about coral reefs, marine life, and the effects of ocean pollution. Through art and creative activities, they expressed their ideas about protecting our oceans and caring for the environment ♻️

This week, the Year 1 students have been learning about money in their mathematics class. To wrap up the unit, we visited Kalenić Market, where the children used their own money to buy flowers for their parents.

Surrounded by colorful stalls and fresh blooms, we could truly feel that spring is in the air 💐
