2026 IDEAL Regional Workshop is looking for new mentors!

FLEX and YES Alumni have an open call for mentors for IDEAL 2026. We are looking for mentors who are an alumna/us of any U.S. Government-sponsored exchange program, such as YES, FLEX, or A-SMYLE, or be currently engaged in any U.S. Government-sponsored programs in the Southeast Europe region, such as Peace Corps or Fulbright.

Workshop theme areas are:
- Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, and Commercial Diplomacy
- International Relations (including elements of negotiation and conflict resolution)
- Health and Wellbeing (including mental health and sports as a wellness/wellbeing tool)
- Civic Education, Leadership, and Policymaking (including elements of public speaking and debate)
