Priručnik o radu u kulturi - drugo izdanje

https://rosalux.rs/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/BLOK_Prirucnik_o_radu_u_kulturi.pdf

Godinu dana nemačka vlada to pasivno posmatra.

Anatomy of a Revolt in Serbia 10/09/2025

🟢 Filip Balunović wrote new article about the revolt in Serbia: "Authoritarian conditions often demand contingent forms of resistance. Through innovative and humorous tactics and with determination to overthrow the far-right government, there is still room for hope, despite the regime escalating its brutality with each new protest. If Serbian students could enter the Croatian city of Virovitica as heroes, then almost anything seems possible. Another playful slogan from this summer captured the spirit well, mocking the Serbian nationalist graffiti that declares‘When the army returns to Kosovo.’ ‘When the people return from holidays,’ the new graffiti that popped up across Serbia reads. The message is clear: the autumn ahead will undoubtedly be hotter than the summer – and this has nothing to do with climate change."

Anatomy of a Revolt in Serbia Since late 2024, events in Serbia have been unfolding at breakneck speed, with a growing student movement and a government increasingly under pressure. What comes next?

Serbia’s Student Movement Is Still Going Strong - Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung 29/07/2025

🔴 Vladimir Simović wrote a new article about student protests in Serbia, their development, and their prospects: "Since the protests in late June, it has become clear that the central thrust of the movement lies in collective resistance to repression, mutual care, and a shared rejection of authoritarian rule. It marks the fragile but determined rise of a new political subject, grounded in the practice of solidarity rather than coherent ideology, and in shared struggle rather than inherited divisions. It will not immediately resolve all the deep-rooted problems that have accumulated over decades, but it can lay the groundwork for Serbian society to begin moving in that direction."

When will the tractors come to Pride? - Mašina English 21/06/2025

🏳️‍🌈 Dušan Maljković: "In that spirit, one clear and immediate recommendation emerges: the student movement and LGBT+ community should come together for Belgrade Pride in September 2025. For the first time, the event’s list of demands includes a specific social issue: a call for the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Policy to urgently regulate the work of field outreach social providers. Doing so would enable vulnerable individuals and families to access vital health and social services. This would be a small but significant step towards making Pride more than just a celebration; it could become a place where people come together to fight for change and achieve shared emancipation."
