The students from the Department of Early Childhood Education Assistant of the Public Vocational Training Institute of Agios Dimitrios (Athens) continued their Erasmus+ experience in Belgrade with two meaningful visits focused on children, learning, and development 🇪🇺🇬🇷🇷🇸

During their mobility programme, they had the chance to explore important topics connected to early childhood education through inspiring educational visits:

👧 At the Child Rights Center, they learned more about child rights in Serbia and the importance of protecting, supporting, and empowering children through education and care.

🧩 At the NTC Workshop Center, they were introduced to the NTC Learning Programme, a method built around brain development, combining games and activities that help children strengthen their thinking, creativity, and learning skills.

A beautiful experience that brought together knowledge, practice, and a deeper understanding of how we can support every child’s growth from the very beginning ✨🤍

Hands-on learning in action 🇷🇸🇪🇺

The students of the Department of Physiotherapy Assistants from the Public Vocational Training Institute of Metaxourgio experienced a full immersion into real-world rehabilitation practices in Belgrade, as part of their Erasmus+ mobility program.

At Physiowrld, they participated in a specialized seminar and practice on advanced technologies such as Ultrasound Laser therapy, Sports Rehabilitation techniques, and injury treatment using Shock Wave therapy ⚡

At Spinalis Rehabilitation Center, the focus shifted to deeper clinical knowledge, with hands-on training in Osteoarthritis and Herniated Disc treatment methods, as well as Dry Needling Therapy — gaining valuable insight into modern rehabilitation approaches 🧠

Their journey continued at Fizio 6 Centre, where they explored Electrotherapy and Magnetotherapy applications, understanding how technology enhances patient recovery and treatment outcomes 🔬

A unique opportunity to connect theory with practice, build professional skills, and experience healthcare systems beyond borders.

From theory to real-world impact 💡✨

The students of the Occupational Therapy Assistants Department from the Public Vocational Training Institute of Metaxourgio experienced a truly meaningful Erasmus+ journey in Belgrade 🇷🇸🇪🇺

Throughout their visit, they explored different dimensions of occupational therapy practice:

🏫 At Anton Skala Special Needs Primary School, they participated in a professional visit and seminar with the school’s professors and director, gaining valuable insights into inclusive education.

🏊‍♂️ At Sports Center "11 April", they engaged in swimming training and motor development programs designed for children with various types of disabilities.

🐎 At Potkovica Hippotherapy Centre, they attended a professional seminar on hippotherapy, learning how trained specialists support children through therapeutic interaction with horses.

🧠 At OT Centar, they joined a professional seminar with experienced therapists, discovering the realities, challenges, and impact of working in the field of occupational therapy.

Students from the Early Childhood Education Assistants department of the Public Vocational Institute of Agios Dimitrios, as part of their Erasmus+ program in Belgrade, visited the Faculty of Education at the University of Belgrade.

There, they had the opportunity not only to explore modern pedagogical approaches 📖, but more importantly to connect with fellow students 🤝, exchange perspectives, and experience how education takes shape in a different cultural and academic environment 🌍.
Because Erasmus is more than just a program.

It’s about the people you meet, the ideas you share, and the perspectives you gain 🌱💡

Today, on the occasion of Greek National Day, culinary students from the Public Vocational Colleges of Volos and Kalamata, participating in an Erasmus+ 🇪🇺 programme in Belgrade with Mentor Education 🎓, presented a selection of dishes inspired by Greek gastronomy, following their hands-on educational workshop.

The event also brought together students and educators from the Public Vocational Colleges of Agios Dimitrios and Metaxourgio, creating a shared moment of culture, collaboration, and exchange.
