This week at SDA Bocconi School of Management, ESEM Business School participants are undergoing an immersive learning experience and are exploring the renowned Blue Ocean Strategy.

Under the guidance of the inspiring Professor Marco Tortoriello, participants are delving into strategic challenges and discovering how to create value in a dynamic business landscape. Through plenary and smaller group sessions, they engage in meaningful dialogues with the professor and their peers.

𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗠 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗕𝗔 continues with another core business module: Strategic Marketing and Sales.

Throughout the module, Prof. Nataša Đurđević, delved into a range of topics and delivered real life tools in the domain of Growth and Portfolio Strategy, Brand Strategy, People-Centricity, and Brand Value Capture, engaging all attendees in thoughtful discussions and workshops. Carlos Hidalgo, the author of "Driving Demand," provided valuable knowledge on B2B marketing and sales, while Bryan Kramer, the author of "There is No B2B OR B2C: It's human to human ," held a compelling talk and a super workshop that got participants out of their comfort zone and mindset. Furthermore, it a real privilege to hear Barry Thomas deliver a captivating lecture on the future of commerce.

Žarko Sakan from New Moment shared his insights on the creative process and how to win on a global stage, while Tanja Petrović truly inspired the group with the topic of innovation. Dunja Ivanović offered perceptions on creating a comprehensive brand experience from her wealth of experience stemming from various industries. The group finished off the module immersed in VR, AI and neuromarketing technology and that was pretty, well, wild.

Professor Marchi shared his expert view on the importance of:

He stated that we need to sit together with others and negotiate, because cooperation is the key to finding any solution. In negotiations we should not neglect the past and should most certainly consider the future of the relationship.
