Through every mood, shift, and turn, the mat remains our constant. One hour to move through the noise, different places, feelings, and re-anchor. So proud of the YogiSeeds Community for showing up no matter what life throws our way.

“VAYU is a somatic practice because it begins with sensation. Rather than telling the body what it should feel, we create the conditions for each person to awaken their own sensory awareness and discover what is happening within the body.”

🌱A decade of growth, thousands of breaths, and a million moments of gratitude.
10 years ago, a small seed was planted with a vision to build community, share movements and ground ourselves in what truly matters. Today, looking back at everything we’ve built, learned, and shared together, my heart is so full.
Thank you to every beautiful soul who has rolled out a mat with me and been part of this journey. We wouldn’t be here without you. Here’s to 10 years—and to everything still waiting to bloom. 💜✨🤸🏾‍♀️
