Thank you to all participating chefs, artists, Cala Luna staff and Tamarindo Art Wave Amigos for a wonderful evening. The New Cook project and Tamarindo Art Wave fundraising Gala were a huge success, where the use of seasonal ingredients foraged locally, combined with a talent for cooking, created surprising and very tasteful dishes.
