Gabito Español es un libro para aprender lúdicamente. Fue creado en homenaje a un niño llamado Gabriel quien vivo dos añitos con una malformación cardíaca pero fue muy valiente y muy feliz. Además de ser un excelente medio didáctico para aprender ingles es un homenaje a un ser excepcional!!!

Here are some tips on using Gabito Spanish book:

1. Cut and color the nouns, adjectives, prepositions, and verb cards.
2. Cut and color one of the board games on the book.
3. We suggest having dice to play.
4. Read the lesson and complete the practice. (answers sheet is at the end of the book).
5. Practice what you learn by playing games like create sentences, conversations, you can use an extra piece of paper to write your own sentences.
6. We recommend having a small price to encourage the students when they get to the finish line... Examples are (stickers, pencils, etc...)

Let's meet the authors, two mothers who made Gabito Español come alive:

Ma. Andrea Chaves studied Fine Arts and Architectural Drawing at the University of Costa Rica where she met and became lifelong friends with Ingrid. Later, she obtained a license in the Educational Sciences from the Castro Carazo University. She has more than 20 years of pedagogical experience with the Ministry of Education of Costa Rica. Andrea lives in San José, Costa Rica. Her son Gabriel lives on in her heart. This book is dedicated to him.
Ingrid Villalta studied fine arts at the University of Costa Rica and later obtained a Master's degree in Digital Media and Animation from Northeastern University in Boston. With more than 15 years of experience creating educational materials, book layouts, and illustrations, she has also tutored Spanish extensively in the USA. Ingrid lives in Round Rock, Texas with her husband Jeff and twin boys Andrés and Diego.
