I want The U. S. Court to order an Audit, A Mandatory Compliance federal court order against the Resident Commissioner of Puerto Rico in Washington Dc., Jennifer A. Gonzalez Colon. She put the Puerto Rico Statehood referendum with more than 80% approval by the Puerto Rican people to become U.S. State # 51 on the floor of the U.S. Congress voted for a YES OR NO vote, with the Republicans Majority in Power in 2017 and Republicans on the majority before her 2012, 1998 in bad faith with Malice intentions, knowingly that it was going to fail. And Now She has to put it, with good intentions and good faith, with the Democrat in the Majority.
She is Representing the Puerto Rican people, not the Government of Puerto Rico. William Barr ex- Attorney General of the United States was working only for Donald Trump and the President is not a King or GOD. She is controlling more than $21 Billions of Dollars in Federal Aid to Puerto Rico Annually.

***Puerto Rico is in a military strategic location and can have a large U.S. submarine base to control the south Atlantic Ocean extremely important and as a state will contribute millions of dollars to the U.S. Treasury a lot more than Alaska. As a State will control a lot better all the Drugs and problems that are coming in from South and Central America.
The Puerto Rican politicians and the wealthy millionaires are above the law in Puerto Rico and do not want Puerto Rico to become a U.S. State because over there they are “above the Law” and they want to keep it that way!!!

UNA JUEZ CLAMA JUSTICIA
Mediante este hago de público conocimiento a la sociedad dominicana, la injusticia que ha cometido en nuestro perjuicio el Consejo del Poder Judicial, y que fue ratificada por el Pleno de la Suprema Corte de Justicia.
Alteran nuestra hoja de vida, omitiendo algunos de los títulos académicos que poseemos.
Disminuyen el tiempo que tenemos en la administración de justicia, restan valor al tiempo en que formamos parte del Ministerio público.
A pesar de reclamar esa situación se argumenta un informe cuestionable, por la inspectora judicial, realizado con la finalidad de dañar nuestra trayectoria en la justicia, e l cual no contiene soporte legal ni moral, para destruir la honestidad, seriedad, probidad y transparencia calidad de una juez independiente e imparcial. Basado en este vicio:
PRIMERO: Colocan una juez de otro departamento judicial, en la posición que por meritos y derecho nos corresponde.
SEGUNDO: Colocan muy por encima nuestro, en el escalafón al juez primer sustituto del Tribunal del que soy Presidente.
Sin demeritar a los magistrados aludidos, conforme a la ley 327 sobre carrera judicial en relación a los meritos, para ascenso “Los jueces ascenderán en el escalafón de la judicatura en la categoría inmediatamente superior de acuerdo con previa calificación de meritos acumulados, años de servicios, cursos de post-grado, producción bibliográfica y el resultado de la evaluación de su rendimiento”.
La justicia pierde su esencia en virtud de que no se ha obrado con igualdad, en nuestro caso particular. Para los ascensos ha de tomarse en cuenta el historial, datos personales, informe anual de meritos personal, evaluación de desempeño, cantidad de sentencias, conducta moral en la comunidad, el artículo 15 de la ley 327 “Escalafón judicial, es basado en el merito personal y profesional, antigüedad en el ejercicio de la función en categoría o grados inferiores, y en igualdad de condiciones se prefiere al candidato de mayor edad”.
Poseemos dos (02) Doctorados, DOS (02) Maestrías, Cinco (05) Post-grados, Producción bibliográfica cinco (05) obras, el resultado de nuestra evaluación de desempeño EXELENTE, entonces cuales son las causas que no sean personales para demeritarnos y colocarnos en el último lugar.
En veintiún (21) años en el sistema de justica, hemos obrado respetando el procedimiento. Celeridad en los trámites, equidad y justicias en las decisiones, uniformidad de criterios en la interpretación y aplicación de la ley, probado nuestro compromiso con el servicio público y una administración de justicia transparente y justa. Equidad, prevalencia de los derechos juzgados, certeza de los valores que establece la ley de Carrera Judicial. En ese sentido el Estado está en la obligación de hacer cumplir las leyes y la constitución, para lo cual puede utilizar todos los medios a su alcance. Reclamamos el reconocimiento de nuestro derecho, por meritos probados, una decisión basada en el equilibrio y la justicia.
Han obrado intereses ajenos a la justicia, se ha violentado los artículos 39, 69, 138, de nuestra Carta magna, en cuanto a la tutela judicial efectiva, y como derecho fundamental que tiene toda persona de acudir a los órganos jurisdiccionales para que estos diriman sus diferendos, hemos apoderado al pleno de la Suprema Corte de Justica por ser una jurisdicción especial en Acción de Amparo conforme establecen el artículo 72 del la Constitución política de la República y la ley 137-11. Es justicia que pedimos y esperamos merecer.
