Spending time immersed in nature is healing in and of itself. Imagine spending 10 days exploring the magical jungle forests of Costa Rica — maybe even with a camera in your hand, learning from a pro like Benoit Saumier. 🦋🌿
There’s an interesting parallel between photography and self-evolution. Something shifts when we learn to look from different perspectives. It reveals how much of our experience is shaped by the stories we tell ourselves.
Sometimes all it takes is a different angle to see an entirely different picture.
Before landing on the perspective that aligns with us, there is wisdom in allowing ourselves to explore many.

Something new has quietly been taking shape behind the scenes.
Over the last few years, through personal transformation, client work, nervous system healing, and a lot of honest observation, I began noticing recurring patterns in how people experience burnout, disconnection, overwhelm, and that subtle feeling that something just feels… off.
What emerged from that eventually became Six Point Life — a grounded framework for understanding life as an interconnected system.
It explores concepts like:
• Wobbles — the quiet instability we feel when something is out of alignment
• Life Leaks — the small areas that slowly drain our energy, clarity, and steadiness over time
This isn’t about hype, perfection, or forcing massive change.
It’s about awareness.
Honesty.

And learning how to work with ourselves instead of against ourselves.
