👀 Guess Whose Eyes?

What makes me, me? 💛

As part of our Who We Are unit, our young learners explored identity through a fun and meaningful challenge: recognizing themselves and their friends by looking at just one special detail—their eyes! 👀

By observing shapes, colors, and unique features, they practiced self-awareness, communication, curiosity, and open-mindedness, while discovering that the little things that make us different are also what make each of us special. ✨

A playful way to learn more about ourselves—and one another! 💙💛

🦴 First Dissection Lab! 🔬

Learning science by experiencing it firsthand! 🧪

Our 11th grade Sports Sciences students took their learning beyond the textbook with their first dissection lab, exploring the anatomy of a long bone up close.

Through this hands-on experience, students identified structures such as compact bone, spongy bone, articular tissue, capillary vessels, and the medullary cavity, connecting classroom concepts with real-world observation.

A memorable experience that encouraged curiosity, scientific thinking, and discovery. Congratulations to our students on this exciting step in their scientific journey! 👏🔬

Making Feelings 💛😊

How do you feel today? ✨

Our Pathfinders explored emotions through play, creativity, and self-expression. Using mirrors and a variety of loose parts, they observed their own expressions and created faces to represent different feelings. 🪞💭

Through this hands-on experience, they are learning to recognize and communicate their emotions while also understanding that everyone may feel and express things differently. These small discoveries help build empathy, confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging. 💛

Because understanding ourselves is the first step toward understanding others. 🌱✨

🎨✨ Beyond the Canvas

Who says a canvas has to be paper? Our Pathfinders took creativity into their own hands, turning watercolors into pretend makeup and themselves into their very own works of art! 💚🖌️

Through sensory exploration, imagination, and play, they practiced self-expression, fine motor skills, body awareness, and the confidence to experiment with new ideas.

At Pathfinders, we say YES to play, YES to curiosity, and YES to exploring! Because some of the best learning happens when children are free to wonder, experiment, and create. 💛✨

Our Sports teams got a fun surprise: instead of their usual practice, they took on a dance class challenge! 🎶✨

🎶✨ A truly unforgettable musical experience at Pan-American School!

Today, our PAS community had the privilege of welcoming the Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional de Costa Rica for a very special live performance on our campus. 🇨🇷🎻

Our students experienced the power of music up close, discovering the sounds, talent, and emotion of a full symphony orchestra in an inspiring educational setting.

We are grateful to the Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional de Costa Rica, Centro Nacional de la Música, and Ministerio de Cultura y Juventud for bringing this extraordinary cultural experience to our community. 💙💛

🏀🇺🇸 Learning. Competing. Growing.

Our Jaguars had an incredible experience at the Basketball Camp 2026 in Miami, where they trained with experienced coaches, competed against talented players, and continued developing their skills both on and off the court.

Beyond the games and practices, this camp was an opportunity to build confidence, strengthen teamwork, create lifelong memories, and represent Pan-American School with pride and sportsmanship.

A special thank you to our coaches, families, and partners who made this unforgettable experience possible.
