Ballet, Hip Hop, Acrobats, 5rhythms, Lyrical, Jazz, Contemporary and coming soon. Nosara's first competitive dance team.

We are using dance and yoga movement exploration, centered around topics that are important to our kids in our world today, as a way to develop positive social interactions, self-expression, creativity and mind and body integration.
