Last Sunday, the second part of Mary’s workshop took place. Time to paint! With the many colors and creativity, everyone made their own design.

The teapots and coffee mugs went in the kiln again, and the results turned out to be beautiful. Yet again it was a creative and fun workshop.

Mary Vermeer came to visit us and taught us to work with slabs.

We made a teapot by rolling out the clay, cutting it and sticking it together. In order to give the clay some texture, we rolled pieces of textured paper onto it. The results were beautiful!

After making the teapot, we were so excited that we wanted to make something else. So we also made a coffee mug with a filter.
