Everywhere you go, always take a mat with you…

I am not sponsored by Manduka (open to be if they wanted to though!), however there is nothing like doing yoga and any exercise on one of their mats. I use the Pro at home, the Prolite when I teach in studios and the eKO when I travel. 10,000% worth the investment not only in the mat(s), but in ourselves and in our practices.

Power Yoga at Preta this month in Jacó!

Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm and cost ₡‎5000 / $10 or $65 per month. Classes are in both English and Spanish.

Preta is inside of Jacó Futsal Park on the north end of town. Bring a mat if you have one.

All levels of fitness and ability welcome. Private classes also available.
