Behind every meaningful learning experience is a team that cares, inspires, and empowers. 💙
Meet our ES Teaching Team — educators who bring knowledge, passion, and purpose into every classroom, creating an environment where our students can learn, grow, and thrive.
Because great teaching is not just about what we teach, but about the impact we make along the way. ✨

Our Teaching Teams: Preschool 💙

The Preschool years are where so much begins—curiosity, confidence, relationships, and a love for learning.

Through their care and guidance, our Preschool team nurtures our youngest learners as they grow in faith, confidence and joy.

We are grateful for the team that makes our little ones feel known, loved, and at home!

Curiosity is where learning begins!

As an IB World School, we strive to develop students who are Inquirers: curious about the world around them and eager to understand it more deeply.

Teachers create opportunities for students to ask questions, investigate, explore new ideas, and learn both independently and alongside others. Prompting students to realize that learning is not simply about finding the right answer, but about developing a genuine joy for discovery.

Because sometimes, learning begins with a simple “Why?”

Technology is a tool. Learning is the purpose.
At Lighthouse, technology is used intentionally—not simply because it’s available, but because it adds value to learning.
It helps students create, collaborate, think critically, and develop the skills they need for an ever-changing world.
It’s not about using more technology. It’s about using it better.

A morning of laughter, connection, and community!

Our PSES students had a special time with our Seniors, who brought the Good Samaritan to life with a fun Madagascar-inspired twist!

Each Senior was then paired with a class from PreK to 5th Grade, where they got to know one another, created a secret high five, and started to build a special connection.
We closed the morning in prayer, celebrating the joy of learning, sharing, and growing together as one Lighthouse family.
