Our latest Marlin Expeditions adventure in Kona delivered incredible action aboard 2nd Offense with Capt. Kevin Hibbard and Mate Mike Sunada, boating an impressive mix of blue marlin, striped marlin, shortbill spearfish, and wahoo—including blue marlin up to 600 pounds.

From first-time catches to nonstop offshore excitement, it was another reminder of why Kona remains one of the world’s premier big-game fishing destinations.

We are proud to officially welcome Myles Blatt as our new Director of Marlin Expeditions.
From landing his first blue marlin at age eight to pursuing trophy-class fish across the globe, Myles’s life has been defined by the water. He joins us with decades of experience and a deep respect for the legacy of our program.
Myles is focused on more than just maintaining the standard—he’s here to build on it. His vision includes expanding into remote fisheries, introducing tournament-focused expeditions in Hawaii and Cabo, and creating seamless travel experiences that blend world-class fishing with local culture.
We couldn't be more excited to have Myles putting the "adventure" back into every itinerary as he leads our next chapter.
