La eterna pregunta de estas latitudes: ¿selva o playa?

Del lado izquierdo, el verde profundo después de la lluvia. El aire espeso, la jungla que respira, ese frescor que solo llega cuando el cielo se abre. Del otro lado, la arena tibia, la palmera meciéndose, el mar que se estira hasta perderse.

Acá no tenés que elegir. Entre el río Baru y el Pacífico, la selva y la playa viven a dos minutos una de la otra — mañana de jungla, tarde de mar, y todo el tiempo del mundo para las dos.

Have you met the woman behind Danyasa?
Her name is Sofiah Thom co-founder of this little corner where jungle meets sea, and a big part of why it feels the way it does.

She's a dancer, a singer, a DJ, a ceremonialist the kind of artist who can shift the energy of a whole room with a single breath and a beat. For a while now she's carried her work across stages around the world. And now she's home.

When Sofiah is on the land, you feel it. The space she helped create isn't a backdrop it's an extension of her: unhurried, alive, a little wild, deeply cared for. The magic she brings is the same magic she has spent years learning to hold for others.

Back between the Baru River and the Pacific, right where she belongs.

You've built the container. The teachings, the arc, the community that trusts you to lead. What you need is a place worthy of it
one that disappears into the background so your work can take center stage.

That's what we do here. Twelve sanctuaries tucked into the jungle. An open-air Bamboo Sanctuary where the walls fall away and the practice breathes. Farm-to-table meals that nourish your group between sessions. The Baru River on one side, the Pacific two minutes on the other.

You bring the magic. We hold the space. Everything else : the setting, the stillness, the care , is already here, waiting for the group you'll bring.

Living artfully isn't something you do. It's something you notice.

The way light climbs a stalk of bamboo in the early hush. The sky spilling gold as the sun meets the water. The line where the beach gives itself to the Pacific, drawn and redrawn with every wave. The impossible blue and scarlet of a macaw catching the afternoon.

None of it is arranged. None of it performs. It simply is — and here, you have the time to let it move you.

Between the Baru River and the sea, that's the whole art of it: paying attention, slowly.

The jungle keeps a different rhythm after dark. The heat softens, the sky turns to embers, and something older wakes up.

This is the hour when movement becomes ritual — when firelight draws shapes against the night and the whole valley seems to lean in and watch. Nights like these aren't planned so much as they arrive, carried in by the artists and facilitators who pass through this land.

We simply hold the space, and let the fire do the rest.

Llueve por la tarde y el mundo baja la velocidad. El verde se vuelve más verde, el aire huele a tierra mojada y la selva respira hondo como si te invitara a hacer lo mismo.

No hace falta cruzar el planeta para desaparecer un rato. A pocas horas de tu rutina, entre el río Baru y el Pacífico, doce santuarios te esperan rodeados de jungla, a dos minutos de la playa.

Mañanas lentas. Cocina de la finca a la mesa. Un iguana tomando sol como único vecino. Y esa calma que solo llega cuando dejás de correr.

Esta es la temporada donde todo florece : incluido vos.

Open on three sides, the jungle doesn't stay outside it moves through the room with you. Birdsong for a soundtrack. Warm light through bamboo. The breath of the forest keeping time with your own.

This is the Bamboo Sanctuary: an open-air studio where the walls fall away and the practice belongs to whoever fills it. Facilitators bring the ceremony, the movement, the stillness. We hold the space that makes it all feel effortless.

Sit in circle. Reach toward the light. Move slow, then slower. And when you rest, the jungle rests with you.

Some places you visit. This one, you return to — including the parts of yourself you left behind.

Here, the days don't fill up. They open. Mornings come slow, the jungle breathes beside you, and somewhere between the Baru River and the Pacific you find a pace that was always yours.

There's time to sit with your own thoughts. To eat food grown close and made with intention. To move alongside people who felt like strangers only hours ago, now breathing to the same quiet rhythm.

No schedule to keep. No version of you to perform. Just twelve sanctuaries held by the jungle, two minutes from the sea, and the space to simply be.
