Let me suggest that trauma isn't just a leftover reaction in some part of you. It’s the way you coped with a painful time as best you could by shriveling to protect yourself.

How does this sound:

You formed an energetic fortress that also imprisons, at the price of cutting you off from who you truly are – divine, cosmic, uniquely invaluable heavenly messenger.

So, the key to full healing is therefore two-fold:

First, you need to emerge as who you truly are now, and second, radiate such nurturing retroactively that will soothe who in you is still shriveled so that those inner ones feel safe to join in being truly you as well.

Dear friends and kindred souls,

Today I shift the frame for sharing the discovery of a lifetime to emphasize what I find is a the need to address THE energy pandemic…

…how to Heal Your Deepest Trauma.

When harmonizing first came through on the morning of my 67th birthday in 2012 I was most astounded by the unprecedented and dramatic increase in subtle energy or what some call Lifeforce.

With an astral aura doubling within minutes I quickly realized that 10 days of doubling would increase energy 1000 fold, 20 days would be 1,000,000 and 30 days would make for a 1 billion fold increase!

How could that be? I couldn’t understand how It could be possible to manifest cosmic proportions of energy until I stumbled on Rudolph Steiner’s frequent refrain in his 400 volumes of collected works that we are all cosmic beings.

Cosmic energetic stature is our birthright.

Ok, that much was then clear.

But what kept grabbing my attention over and over through years of sharing with colleagues and clients is that very few people seem open to this message of rapidly realizing our cosmic energetic stature.

And being reasonably open to self-reflection I also realized bit by bit that the pace of my sharing this new discovery was constrained also by my own unhealed baggage.

What baggage? I made an exhaustive list of hundreds of memories and checked energetically which ones were left unhealed.

A further revelation came when the usual energetic healing practice of cleansing and energizing individual memories or past events seemed to have no more than temporary effect in many cases.

The realization eventually dawned that ALL that is IN me IS Me!

And rather than just trying to heal or remove some thing or piece of baggage or charge or trauma or source of distress I had to relate to Who in me In each instance is carrying some defensive and self diminishing pose like a fortress that’s also a prison and for good reason.

Months of seeking out and engaging in inner healing dialogue with my inner Artie’s Turned into years.

And still something was left UNhealed when I checked energetically.

The next surprising and deeply revealing insight came when I began offering free energy readings every Friday at noon Eastern Time on Facebook.

With dozens of new energy readings squeezed into a half hour each week I got good at quickly identifying the source of people’s stress and ill health.

THE FIRST YEAR OF LIFE turns up almost universally as the origin of energetic shriveling that persists through adulthood.

Ah! And that finally made clear how come all the familiar approaches to treating trauma leave 90% unhealed:

You can’t hope to engage the still troubled moments of inner infancy by processing beliefs, and emotions, behaviors, or resetting the nervous system.

The deep nurturance that validates and acknowledges and reveres who they ultimately and truly are needs to be conveyed retroactively.

That is what beta testing in hundreds of sessions with colleagues and clients has now shown to be invaluable.
