Our 2nd-grade students celebrated the culmination of their project by reflecting on how our everyday actions can impact the planet and how, even at a young age, we can become agents of change in caring for it.
Throughout the project, they discovered that the decisions they make at school, at home, and within their community influence the carbon footprint we leave behind.
They also explored concrete actions to reduce it, promoting more responsible and sustainable habits. This journey allowed them to develop a more critical and conscious perspective on their relationship with the environment, understanding that every small action matters when it comes to building a more sustainable future for all.
