Traditionally, the Latin American and the Caribbean (LAC) region has exhibited diversities and complexities, but with shared elements throughout the LAC region. For instance, abundant examples exist of the region’s resilience and ability to resist, adapt to natural disasters, and overcome political, economic, and social crises.

The WTO has just published an opportunity for young professionals from developing and least developed countries working on WTO issues to spend one year at the organization next year.
More information about the programme is at https://www.wto.org/english/news_e/news21_e/ypp_09apr21_e.htm and the criteria the candidates need to fulfil are at https://www.wto.org/english/thewto_e/vacan_e/ypp_e.htm (among them is being no older than 32 years in January 2022).
The deadline for applications is 29 April 2021.
