Knowing new cultures is amazing: Learning a language is learning about a culture. Every word, every grammar topic is, in depth, a thought on the great ideas of a society. Colombian culture -and spanish culture- is waiting for you, take it. My methodology is orderly but flexible. I use a postmethod pedagogy proposed by B. Kumaravadivelu, which means that theoretic explanation is accompanied by a lo

t of practice and conversation, trying to highlight the learner involvement to create opportunities for learning. With the aim to develop and improve your communicative skills, your social skills, and your cultural knowledge. In this way you will learn when, how and why you need to use the language. My proposal is not only a grammar lesson, but also a lesson in history, geography and culture. Focus changes according to your interests: business, fun, travels or knowledge. I always make sure it will be an adventure. I emphasise teachings on your own tastes, experiences and projects, making each class interesting and enjoyable.
