One of the best books I’ve read recently recommended by Louise to a reader in her book, Letters to Louise.

Do you ever struggle with anger? You want to be peaceful...but then someone else walks in the room and and you can’t deal??!?! This has been me. I know anger is actually a REALLY helpful emotion - that is trying to get us to move into alignment, the key is to pay attention! It’s trying to WAKE you the F*ck up! You must understand your cues in order to take meaningful action. When you are in alignment the anger does not have a neeeeeed to be there.

What action do you need to take today to move this emotion through your body and get on with your life? Anger wants to help us - but often we think we are stuck with it as a forever sidekick. This is NOT the case. I promise. ❤️

What a lovely weekend retreat to Sedona, where I signed up for a new program to totally MANIFEST what I want in my business which is to grow and flourish in the virtual world of offering workshops online so I can reach as many of you wonderful ladies as possible...AS WELL AS offering yearly retreats in EPIC places such as Sedona...I have already been researching Enchantment...what a location!
