PERMISO SECRETARÍA MUNICIPAL PARA ASISTENCIA A EVENTO INTERNACIONAL UT/SURCO.

Queridos colegas,

Acabamos de recibir la notificación por parte del Asesor de Bilingüísmo Municipal, el señor Alejandro Forero, comentando que la Secretaría Municipal ha otorgado el permiso para su asistencia al evento internacional 2nd. International Symposium on Research in Foreign Language Education , el cual se llevará acabo el próximo 14 y 15 de Noviembre en la Universidad del Tolima.

Quienes deseen participar oficialmente deben presentar la consignación a su nombre en la Secretaría Municipal/Asesoría de Bilingüísmo y mediante circular amplia y suficiente obtendrán autorización para su asistencia.

El costo para maestros del magisterio es de $100.000=
Fecha límite de pago: 02 de Noviembre de 2019.

Los invitamos muy cordialmente para que nos acompañen. Habrá plenarias, talleres, exhibición de posters y ponencias de participantes locales, nacionales e internacionales.

INSTRUCCIONES DE ENVÍO DEL COMPROBANTE DE PAGO:
Una vez tengan su recibo, al reverso, deberán escribir su NOMBRE COMPLETO, CÉDULA, CELULAR, CORREO Y DIRECCIÓN DE RESIDENCIA; posteriormente, deberán enviarlo al correo del programa de maestría [email protected] para registrar su participación oficialmente.

El envío del recibo para reportase como participante oficial, le dará derecho a los materiales de entrega al comienzo del evento y la entrega del Certificado Oficial de participación por parte de las dos universidades: Universidad del Tolima y Universidad Surcolombiana.
