On Saturday, August 22nd, our Confirmation candidates gathered at Parroquia Santo Cristo for a meaningful retreat (convivencia) alongside their families and godparents! 🦁💙

It was a special day of spiritual growth, reflection, and connection as our students took another important step in preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Surrounded by the love and guidance of their loved ones, they shared inspiring moments of prayer, community, and faith. 🙏📖

Learning went beyond the classroom for our 8D and 8E students, who recently visited Colombia’s iconic Museo Nacional for an enriching hands-on educational experience! 💙

During their visit, our 8th graders participated in an interactive workshop titled "Voces de la Nación" (Voices of the Nation). This immersive activity provided a meaningful space for students to:

In response to the recent earthquake, Colegio Santo Domingo Bilingüe, in partnership with the Banco de Alimentos, is serving as an official collection point to support affected families and pets. 💙

If you can contribute, every donation makes a real difference!

📦 What We Are Collecting:
🍞 Food & Water: Bottled water, rice, pasta, canned goods, and non-perishables.

🧼 Hygiene & First Aid: Soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, diapers, and medical supplies.

🧥 Shelter: Blankets, sheets, towels, and sleeping mats (in good condition).

🐶 Pet Care: Dog/cat kibble, wet food, bowls, blankets, and leashes.
