Hi there pals! .
Today's lesson will help us to use two important prepositions in a better way.
1) Between: we can use this word as a preposition of place. (In the middle of 2 things / people)
E.g. 'I am sitting between Mike and Paty'
You can also use between when talking about sth more than ... and sth less than...
E.g. 'this restaurant is good enough to celebrate Tom's birthday. The meals cost between £10 and £20.
We want to invite you to learn an interesting idiom with 'Between'. Can you tell us how people use it in their own language? You can find it in our story!
2) Among: we use 'among' when refering to a group of things, animals or people.
E,g.
'I am the youngest person among my friends'

Good morning dear pals.
In today's lesson We are going to learn some characteristics related to the Simple Past Tense.
Let's take a look at the following tips:
1. We use auxiliary "Did" for questions and for negative sentences.
✅️Did you attend to your English Class last week?
✅️No, I did not.
2. When We use "Did", we use the verb in its base form
Example:
✅️Did you have fun at the movies last night?
3. For affirmative sentences We use regular and irregular verbs.
Regular verbs: "ed"
Play - played
Irregular verbs:
Take - took
4. Time expressions in simple past:
Remember that as we refer to finished actions, we need to use some expressions that clarify that a sentence happened at a specific period of time in the past.
✅️ Last (monday, february, year)
✅️ yesterday
✅️ ago (look at its usage below)
* 5 months ago.
* 10 years ago.

👉 my, your, his, her, its, our, your, their.
These words are called:
✅️ POSSESSIVE ADJECTIVES
These words are use to express possession: that something (and sometimes a person or an animal) belongs to someone. .
As these words are adjectives, We use them without modifying them. We DO NOT use 'S' in plural.

These words are usually places before NOUNS
Example:
