Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in design for consumer products
Understanding of current design trends
Experience with design systems
Work on consumer apps and/or B2B products
Technical Skills:
Strong prototyping skills for communicating interactive designs
Understanding of technical constraints in modern platforms
Experience with component-based design
Additional Requirements:
Professional English proficiency
Must be willing and able to relocate to Shenzhen, China
Ability to work effectively in distributed teams across multiple time zones
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Open to working in a multicultural environment and adapting to life in China
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with AI-powered products.
Basic knowledge of front-end/client development principles
Background in visual design or motion design
Understanding of global design trends
