URGENT REQUIREMENT:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to join us. As the Manager Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, you will be responsible for attracting and acquiring top talent while building and maintaining our employer brand. You will play a crucial role in driving recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and implementing effective employer branding initiatives to position our company as an employer of choice in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates for various positions within the company.
2. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
4. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
5. Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
6. Maintain an effective applicant tracking system (ATS) to track and manage candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
7. Implement and drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the real estate industry.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, educational institutions, and professional organizations to proactively attract top talent.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling employer brand messaging and content for various channels, including the company website, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
10. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
3. Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
4. Strong knowledge of various recruitment methods, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
5. Experience in developing and implementing successful employer branding initiatives.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret recruitment data to drive improvements.
8. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
9. Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
