Our Seniors have made incredible strides in their last year with us. They’ve stretched themselves to learn on deeper levels, taking AP and Honors Courses, completing service projects, and taking on leadership positions. They’ve envisioned their futures and are gearing up to begin them. Well done, YunJin L., Martha Jean L., Nathan S., and WonJun S! You’ve each shone in your years here, and we’re sure you will even beyond our halls.

Our Elementary Spring Musical was last Friday, and it challenged our students to showcase the LifePlus 9 Qualities for Life: Connection, Courage, Curiosity, Compassion, Service, Persistence, Discernment, Humility, and Purpose. Through our choir’s engaging songs that encouraged our audience and the display of talents by our Elementary Drama Club, our students shared how each quality could be lived out. Well done to everyone, and thank you to our Choir Director, Mrs. Erin Jin, our Theater Arts Teacher, Mrs. Dawn Williams, and our Music Teaching Assistant, Ms. Melody Pan!

This year, we have fourteen amazing seniors on the road to graduation. Each student has taken on different roles in our school, whether through Model United Nations, drama, Science Fair, or in other clubs or events. Already, our students have been seeking to use their skills to lead others and make an impact in the community. We are sure they’ll go on to do amazing things. Congratulations, BoKyeong K., RyeoHun K., and YeSo K! We can’t wait to see where you’ll go next, and know that we are still cheering you on even after you’ve tossed your graduation cap.

The year is coming to a close, and over the next few weeks, we want to highlight our seniors. Our seniors have run to the very end of the race, and during these years at our school, we’ve watched them grow in their education, personalities, and passions. Each student has become a person we’re proud of and know will lead others. Well done, HeeJin A., JiaCheng G., JiaQing G., and JaeHo H! As you attend universities around the world, we encourage you to stay strong and remember, ‘Once an Eagle, Always an Eagle!’
