Workshop on the European Commission for university students of Macau.
The European Commission is composed of the College of Commissioner of 28 members, including the President and Vice-Presidents. The Commissioners, one from each EU country, are the Commission’s political leadership during a 5-year term. Each Commissioner is assigned responsibility for specific policy areas by the President.
Join us to learn more about the role of the European Commission as well as its decision-making process in this hands-on approach learning experience. Teams each formed by two students will be engaged in a round table debate. The best two teams will earn cash prizes of Mop5, 000. In addition they will also be offered the privilege to participate in the upcoming Model European Council in late November this year, which awards free trips to Europe.
This workshop is open to full time students of any of the tertiary institution of Macau.
