在這兩小時中，我會分享如何正確地使用椅子，在體式練習中如何創造和椅子的聯繫。
在什麼樣的情況下，什麼樣的人群下，怎樣使用椅子是有很大的區別的。

運用椅子在體式練習中更好地明確方向，正位。

此工作坊會分為三大部份：
1. 運用椅子輔助體式
2. 運用椅子加強身體力量
3. 運用椅子加深體式練習

During these two hours, I will share how to use the chair correctly and how to create a connection with the chair during Asana practice.

There is a big difference in how to use a chair under what circumstances and with what kind of people.

Use chair to better clarify direction and alignment during Asana practice.

This workshop will be divided into three parts:
1. Use chair-assisted poses
2. Use a chair to strengthen your body
3. Use a chair to deepen your Asana practice

Yoga is suitable for everyone to practice👍🏻

As a yoga practitioner - you can increase your chair usage skills in this workshop, which can assist and improve your asana practice.
