The Middle Kingdom Traditional Kung Fu & Wellness School (our long official name!) is located near Mt Tai in Shandong Province, China. Our school is located on grounds in the Chinese countryside measuring 3 hectares. We are surrounded by hills, mountains and vegetation making it a beautiful setting for kung fu training. We have an organic farm on our school grounds producing fruit, vegetables and

herbs. This allows us to provide all of our students with healthy, naturally produce and nutritious food. Our training facilities are of a high standard and include a covered all weather training area, heavy bags, gloves, wraps, body / head protection for sparring, pads and focus mits, weapons, floor pads and crash mats for acrobatics & Wing Chun training gear such as wooden dummies, rings, knives and poles. We also provide comfortable rooms, high speed internet, recreation facilities, 3 meals a day and much more. Our masters have experience training students of all levels from beginners to more experienced martial arts practitioners, so whatever your level you are welcome, all we ask is a strong commitment to training! Students are able to learn a variety of different kung fu styles including Wing Chun, Tai Chi, Sanda (Chinese Kickboxing), Qi Gong, Shaolin kung fu, Jeet Kune Do & more. Are masters are some of the best in China and are experienced with teaching students. Our training schedule allows students to learn kung fu in a much shorter time than training part time at home would. Our training schedule is tough but if you are dedicated to your training you can learn a lot! If you require a certain type of training such as combat fighting, self defense or internal kung fu we are confidant we can meet your needs. We are very pleased to announce that our school has just completed a move to a new location!

Don't worry, the top quality training at the Middle Kingdom Kung Fu School will still continue as we keep up our high training standards as the number one international kung fu school in China.

We see this move as a big step forward and great opportunity for improving the standard of training and facilities that we offer to all of our students.

8.5 minutes of highlights from our month-long trip to Middle Kingdom Martial Arts School in Shandong, China. The trip was designed to accelerate the Wing Chun learning and we trained for 132 hours in total. The film was shot on location by Barry Holland. Thanks to all those who took part in the filming and apologies for those we missed out.

Some of the fundamental aims of the staff are to increase the force, speed and distance delivered in a strike. The user's movement, technique and skill will be determine the power and effectiveness behind any long-range extensive strike or crush. Hence the need for proper Shaolin staff training.

Jeet Kune Do is different from many other types of mixed martial art fighting styles in a variety of different ways. Most MMA types focus training their students in one prominent form of fighting, such as punches and kicks or grappling. Jeet Kune Do, however, covers four ranges of combat, including; punching, kicking, trapping and grappling. Students studying Jeet Kune Do are trained in all four ranges equally.
