From April 10–12, SSIS proudly hosted SUZMUN XIV - our 14th annual Model United Nations conference, bringing together over 320 students and teachers from 13 schools across China.

This year’s theme: "Boats Against the Current" — inspired by F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby.
We are seekers. We are strivers. Even when the currents of a conflicted world push us back, we choose to take up the oar.

🎉 Huge congratulations to our award-winning delegates:
🏆 Yin-Fei H. (G6) – Most Diplomatic Delegate
🏆 Chanwoong A. (G11) – Most Improved Delegate

And a special shoutout to our incredible Secretariat Team — your creativity, organization, and communication made this conference unforgettable.

💡 In a time of geopolitical unrest, SUZMUN XIV reminded us that active collaboration and constructive diplomacy aren't just ideals — they are essential tools for solving today’s global challenges.

Thank you to every student, teacher, and staff member who helped make this event a success.
