At first glance, you may think he’s like a big brother. He looks strong and reliable, always with a trustworthy smile on his face. As the manager of Free Talking Department (FTD), which is known as the first department of EA, he’s been passionate about his work all the time.
Though the regular activity of FTD already has a mighty student base in campus, William keeps exploring a way to enhance participation, making it able to benefit more English enthusiasts. This year, FTD partly adopts the organization form of Toastmaster and applies it to our rugular activities, which is proved to be a successful creation later on. As a former group leader, he has tackled many difficulties but also learned a lot when organizing activities for his own group. The experience is so significant that he is now planning to provide new group leaders with the same opportunities, letting them run the groups themselves and learn from challenges.
Always being energetic, he’s meanwhile an excellent basketball player as well as a member of university’s basketball team.
